Organic vs Nonorganic Is there a difference?

Many tea producers use synthetic compounds as insecticides or fertilizers in attempt to decrease their expenses while increasing their  production. But is it truly “unsafe” to drink?


ORGANIC TEA

HEALTH

Organic teas are gererally grown without chemicals, fertilizers &/ or pesticides. In other words, no chemicals in your tea.

SAFETY

Organic growing is done without chemicals or pesticides. Therefore there is no danger to the farmers and workers.

SUSTAINABILITY

The absence of pesticides reduces pollution and enhances biodiversity, resulting in better soil quality.

 

NON ORGANIC

Convetional farming relies on pesticides and fertilisers to maintain high production which leads to traces of chemicals, potentially ending up in your tea.

Farmers and workers may be exposed to chemicals sprayed on the crops or during harvesting.

SUSTAINABILITY

Conventional farming i has the potential to contaminate and drain soil nutrients which could harm the ecosystem.
